To require agencies to publish an advance notice of proposed
rulemaking for major rules, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Expedited Removal

Codification Act of 2023’’.

SEC. 2. DESIGNATING ALIENS FOR EXPEDITED REMOVAL.
