To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase the
maximum term of imprisonment for rioting, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘David Dorn Act of
4
2023’’.

SEC. 2. INCREASED PENALTIES FOR RIOTING.

Section 2101(a) of title 18, United States Code, is
7
amended by striking ‘‘Shall be fined under this title, or
8
imprisoned not more than five years, or both’’ and insert-
