A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to expand to all
firearms the requirement that Federal firearms licensees
report sales of 2 or more handguns to the same unli-

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Multiple Firearm Sales
4
Reporting Modernization Act of 2023’’.

Section 923(g)(3)(A) of title 18, United States Code,

is amended by striking ‘‘pistols, or revolvers, or any com-
5
bination of pistols and revolvers totalling two or more,’’
6
and inserting ‘‘firearms’’.
