Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Mental Health Im-

provement Act’’.

SEC. 2. MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH EDUCATION

AND TRAINING GRANTS.

Section 756(f) of the Public Health Service Act (42
