Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘llllll Act of

2023’’.

Section 317N of the Public Health Service Act (42

U.S.C. 247b–15) is amended—
5
(1) in the section heading, by striking ‘‘SUR-
6
VEILLANCE
AND’’ and inserting ‘‘MONITORING
7
AND’’; and
8
(2) in subsection (d), by striking ‘‘fiscal years
9
2019 through 2023’’ and inserting ‘‘fiscal years
10
2024 through 2028’’.
