To designate the community-based outpatient clinic of the
Department of Veterans Affairs in Plano, Texas, as the
‘‘U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson Memorial VA Clinic’’.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘U.S. Congressman

Sam Johnson Memorial VA Clinic Act’’.

SEC. 2. DESIGNATION OF U.S. CONGRESSMAN SAM JOHN-

SON MEMORIAL VA CLINIC.

(a) IN GENERAL.—The community-based outpatient
8
clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Plano,

Texas, shall after the date of the enactment of this Act

be known and designated as the ‘‘U.S. Congressman Sam

Johnson Memorial Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic’’
3
or the ‘‘U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson Memorial VA
4
Clinic’’.

(b) REFERENCE.—Any reference in any law, regula-
6
tion, map, document, paper, or other record of the United
7
States to the community-based outpatient clinic referred
8
to in subsection (a) shall be considered to be a reference
9
to the U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson Memorial VA
10
Clinic.
