WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRASH- 3 FREE WATERS GRANTS. 4 Section 302 of the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act (33 U.S.C. 5 4282) is amended— 6 (1) in subsection (c)(1)— 7 (A) by inserting ‘‘States,’’ before ‘‘munici- 8 palities’’; and 9 (B) by inserting a comma before ‘‘or Indian 10 Tribes’’; and 11 (2) in subsection (d)(1), by inserting ‘‘States,’’ 12 before ‘‘units of local government’’. 13 Amend the title so as to read: ‘‘A bill to amend the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act to expand eligibility for certain wastewater infrastructure grants, and for other pur- poses.’’.
