A BILL
To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United
States to provide a uniform 8-digit subheading number
for all whiskies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Duty Drawback Clari-
4
fication Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. UNIFORM DUTY TREATMENT OF WHISKIES.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Chapter 22 of the Harmonized
7
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by strik-
8
ing subheading 2208.30 and inserting the following, with
