A BILL
To prohibit participation of persons convicted of certain felo-
nies in programs of the Small Business Administration,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Funding Rioters
4
Act’’.

SEC. 2. PERSONS CONVICTED OF CERTAIN FELONIES IN-

ELIGIBLE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ADMINIS-

TRATION ASSISTANCE.

No person convicted of an offense relating to a mis-
4
demeanor or felony assault of a law enforcement officer,
5
or convicted of a felony for actions during or in connection
6
with a riot that resulted in the destruction of a small busi-
7
ness concern (as defined in section 3 of the Small Business
8
Act (15 U.S.C. 632)), shall be eligible to receive any as-
9
sistance from or through, or participate in, any program
10
administered by the Small Business Administration.
