To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize certain
contracts and cooperative agreements with clinical lab-
oratories for purposes of delivery of medical products
to the Strategic National Stockpile.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Ensuring Sufficient
4
Supply of Testing Act’’.

Section 319F–2(a)(5)(A) of the Public Health Serv-
4
ice Act (42 U.S.C. 247d–6b(a)(5)(A)) is amended by in-
5
serting after ‘‘contracts or cooperative agreements with
6
vendors, which may include manufacturers or distributors
7
of medical products,’’ the following: ‘‘as well as clinical
8
laboratories,’’.
