A BILL
To eliminate employment-based visa caps on abused, aban-
doned, and neglected children eligible for humanitarian
status, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protect Vulnerable Im-
4
migrant Youth Act’’.

SEC. 2. ELIMINATING CERTAIN EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA
6
CAPS.

(a) ALIENS NOT SUBJECT TO DIRECT NUMERICAL
8
LIMITATIONS.—Section 201(b)(1)(A) of the Immigration
9
and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1151(b)(1)(A)) is amended
