Hopkins, a talented athlete hailing from Sum- merville, South Carolina, has achieved a significant mile- stone in his career by being promoted to play for the Cin- cinnati Reds; Whereas T.J. Hopkins has displayed exceptional skill, dedica- tion, and determination throughout his athletic journey, culminating in his promotion to the Cincinnati Reds, one of the esteemed professional baseball teams in the United States; Whereas T.J.
