purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘End EAS Act’’.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE PROGRAM.

Subchapter II of chapter 417 of title 49, United
6
States Code, and the item relating to such subchapter in
7
the analysis for chapter 417 of title 49, United States
8
Code, are repealed.
