PROHIBITION ON TITLE X FUNDING FOR SYS- 1 TEMS THROUGH WHICH COUNSELING OR RE- 2 FERRALS ARE PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS 3 REGARDING ABORTION SERVICES. 4 Title X of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 5 300 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the fol- 6 lowing: 7 ‘‘SEC. 1009.
