Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ββACPAC Modernization

SEC. 2. AVIATION CONSUMER PROTECTION ADVISORY

COMMITTEE.

Section 411 of the FAA Modernization and Reform

Act of 2012 (49 U.S.C. 42301 note) is amendedβ
