Mr. GREEN of Texas (for himself and Mrs. WATSON COLEMAN) introduced
the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and
the Workforce, and in addition to the Committee on Transportation and
Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speak-
er, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the ju-
risdiction of the committee concerned

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

(a) SHORT TITLE.—The first section of the Richard

B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1751

note) is amended by striking ‘‘Richard B. Russell National
