RENAMING OF RICHARD B. RUSSELL NATIONAL 3 SCHOOL LUNCH ACT. 4 (a) SHORT TITLE.—The first section of the Richard 5 B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1751 6 note) is amended by striking ‘‘Richard B.
