Mr. FITZGERALD (for himself, Mr. TIFFANY, and Mr. MOORE of Alabama) in-
troduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on En-
ergy and Commerce
A BILL
To require bipartisan membership in the Federal Trade Com-
mission in order for the Commission to act following
a vacancy, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stopping Cultural
4
Marxism at the FTC Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. REQUIREMENT.

The first section of the Federal Trade Commission
7
Act (15 U.S.C. 41) is amended by striking ‘‘the powers
8
of the commission.’’ and inserting ‘‘the powers of the com-

mission, except that, if there is more than one remaining

members of the same political party (as determined at the

time each commissioner was appointed to the commission
