Mr. JACKSON of Texas introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Veterans’ Affairs
A BILL
To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to rescind guide-
lines and ensure the removal of signs and guidance relat-
ing to the COVID–19 pandemic.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TERMINATION OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS
3
AFFAIRS COVID–19 GUIDELINES.

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall imme-
5
diately—
6
(1) rescind any and all guidelines relating to
7
the COVID–19 pandemic; and
8
(2) ensure the removal of all signs and posted
9
guidance related to COVID–19 at Department of
