To amend the Public Health Service Act to extend the au-
thorization of appropriations for grants for State stra-
tegic stockpiles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘State Strategic Stock-

pile Act of 2023’’.

Section 319F–2(i)(9) of the Public Health Service

Act (42 U.S.C. 247d–6b(i)(9)) is amended by striking
