SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Doctors at the Ready

Act’’.

Section 2812(c)(4) of the Public Health Service Act
4
(42 U.S.C. 300hh–11(c)(4)) is amended—
5
(1) by striking ‘‘(A) IN GENERAL.—If the Sec-
6
retary determines’’ and inserting ‘‘If the Secretary
7
determines’’; and
8
(2) by striking subparagraph (B).
