SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Western Economic Se-

curity Today Act of 2024’’ or the ‘‘WEST Act of 2024’’.

SEC. 2. WITHDRAWAL OF BLM RULE.

The final rule based on the proposed rule of the Bu-
5
reau of Land Management entitled ‘‘Conservation and
6
Landscape Health’’ (88 Fed. Reg. 19583 (April 3, 2023))
7
shall have no force or effect.
