Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘B–2 to B–21 Cost 4 Analysis Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. STUDY AND REPORT ON B–2 AIRCRAFT INFRA- 1 STRUCTURE AT WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, 2 MISSOURI. 3 Not later than December 31, 2023, the Secretary of 4 Defense, in coordination with the Secretary of the Air 5 Force and the Comptroller General of the United States, 6 shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the 7 House of Representatives and the Senate a report that 8 contains— 9 (1) the findings of a study on infrastructure 10 used for B–2 aircraft at Whiteman Air Force Base, 11 Missouri, including— 12 (A) hangars; 13 (B) such infrastructure used to store fuel 14 or weapons; and 15 (C) any such infrastructure the Secretary 16 of Defense determines will be used for B–21 17 aircraft; and 18 (2) recommendations, if any, relating to how 19 such infrastructure could be repurposed— 20 (A) to produce cost savings; and 21 (B) to accommodate B–21 aircraft. 22 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 22:40 Jun 01, 2023 Jkt 039200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\H3401.IH H3401 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42PROD with BILLS
