PUBLICATION OF RULE FOR WAIVER ON LIMITA- 1 TION OF PAYMENTS TO STATE HOMES FOR 2 DOMICILIARY CARE PROVIDED TO VET- 3 ERANS. 4 (a) PROPOSED RULE.—Not later than 90 days after 5 the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of 6 Veterans Affairs shall prescribe and publish in the Federal 7 Register a proposed rule implementing the requirement 8 under section 3007(a) of the Johnny Isakson and David 9 P.
