To amend title 54, United States Code, to extend funding
for the Historic Preservation Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Historic Preservation
4
Fund Reauthorization Act’’.

SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND.

Section 303102 of title 54, United States Code, is
7
amended by striking ‘‘2023, $150,000,000’’ and inserting
8
‘‘2033, $250,000,000’’.
