Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Military Mental Health

Professionals Support Act of 2023’’.

Section 523(b)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is

amended by inserting ‘‘, including licensed behavioral

health providers’’ after ‘‘Medical officers’’.
