Mr. JACKSON of Texas, Mr. WEBER of Texas, Mr. ALFORD, Mr. DAVID-
SON, Mr. ALLEN, Mr. RESCHENTHALER, Mr. FINSTAD, Mrs. BICE, Mr.
DUNCAN, Mr. BABIN, Mr. SESSIONS, and Mr. MOOLENAAR) introduced
the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and
Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Natural Resources, and
Science, Space, and Technology, for a period to be subsequently deter-
mined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions
as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
A BILL
To provide that Executive Order 14096 shall have no force
or effect.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Preventing Executive

Climate Overreach Act’’.
