A BILL
To make nationals of Ukraine who are present in the United
States eligible for REAL ID benefits, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘REAL ID Eligibility
4
for Ukraine Act’’ or the ‘‘RIDE for Ukraine Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. REAL ID BENEFITS.
6
Section 401(b) of the Additional Ukraine Supple-
7
mental Appropriations Act, 2022 (8 U.S.C. 1101 note(b))
8
is amended—

notwithstanding subsection (c)(2)(B) of such Act.’’.
