To authorize additional district judgeships for the district
of Colorado, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Colorado Judgeship
4
Act’’.

SEC. 2. ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGESHIPS FOR THE DIS-
6
TRICT OF COLORADO.

(a) ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGESHIPS.—The Presi-

dent shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent

Code, is amended by striking the item relating to Colorado
