      H.R. No. 1482       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Kate Tucker has distinguished herself in her   responsibilities as a legislative aide in the office of State   Representative Rafael Anchía during the 89th Legislative Session;   and          WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Tucker has provided   vital support in all policy areas, and she has handled a wide   variety of challenging tasks; in addition to gaining valuable   experience in the field of public service, she has learned more   about the legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the   Lone Star State; and          WHEREAS, Ms. Tucker is a student at The University of Texas at   Austin, where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in interpersonal   communications with a minor in law, justice, and society and has   earned placement on the dean's list; engaged in her campus   community, she is an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha, serving the   organization as vice president of facility operations and   membership enrichment chair; since September 2023, she has been   employed as a consultant with the Schmit Law Firm; and          WHEREAS, Kate Tucker has performed her duties as a   legislative aide with skill and dedication, and she is indeed   deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore,   be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby commend Kate Tucker for her service as a   legislative aide in the office of State Representative Rafael   Anchía and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success   in all her endeavors; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Ms. Tucker as an expression of high regard by the Texas   House of Representatives.     Anchía     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
