      H.R. No. 1414       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Sarah Hininger of Hartley Volunteer Fire Department &   EMS was named the 2025 EMS Provider of the Year by the Panhandle   Firemen's & Fire Marshals' Association; and          WHEREAS, Mrs. Hininger joined Hartley Fire & EMS in June   2022, and over the course of her exemplary tenure, she has played an   instrumental role in helping the agency respond to emergencies; she   has also attended training classes to become an advanced emergency   medical technician; along the way, she has further distinguished   herself as a firefighter and secretary with the Dalhart VFD and as   an employee of American Medical Response; and          WHEREAS, A resident of Dalhart since 2003, Mrs. Hininger has   worked at Wells Fargo and served as a teacher at St. Anthony of   Padua Catholic School; she is a proud mother as well as a devoted   wife to her husband, Jared; and          WHEREAS, Sarah Hininger has demonstrated an exceptional   commitment to protecting the lives and property of her fellow   citizens, and she is indeed deserving of this most recent honor;   now, therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby congratulate Sarah Hininger on being named the   2025 EMS Provider of the Year by the Panhandle Firemen's & Fire   Marshals' Association and extend to her sincere best wishes for   continued success in her important work; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Mrs. Hininger as an expression of high regard by the   Texas House of Representatives.     Smithee     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
