      H.R. No. 1385       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Morris Pittle, the owner of JewBoy Burgers in   Austin, has distinguished himself as an outstanding example of the   entrepreneurial spirit of the Lone Star State; and          WHEREAS, Mo Pittle founded JewBoy Burgers as a food truck and   four years later established a brick-and-mortar location on Airport   Boulevard; in addition to serving a variety of burgers and Mexican   dishes, the eatery offers classic Jewish fare like latkes; in 2021,   Mr. Pittle opened a sub shop, and the business also operates three   food trucks; and          WHEREAS, A native of El Paso, Mr. Pittle holds a degree in   advertising from The University of Texas at Austin; he previously   worked as a copywriter and started his own marketing firm; and          WHEREAS, Through his creativity, resilience, and hard work,   Mo Pittle has established JewBoy Burgers as a local institution,   and it is a pleasure to join in recognizing his achievements; now,   therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby congratulate Morris Pittle for his success as   the owner of JewBoy Burgers and extend to him sincere best wishes   for the future; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Mr. Pittle as an expression of high regard by the Texas   House of Representatives.     Moody     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
