HR1294 - Commending Freeman Crawford IV for his service as a policy analyst in the office of State Representative Ron Reynolds.

      H.R. No. 1294       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Freeman Crawford IV has distinguished himself in his   responsibilities as a policy analyst in the office of State   Representative Ron Reynolds during the 89th Legislative Session;   and          WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Crawford has provided   vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;   in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public   service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the   issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and          WHEREAS, A student at Huston-Tillotson University,   Mr. Crawford serves as the president of Public Leadership in Faith   and Social Justice Traditions, as the student director of the Texas   HBCU Legislative Caucus, and as the assistant treasurer of NAACP   Chapter 69AA-B; he aspires to pursue his passion for uplifting   underserved communities through a career in public policy and law;   and          WHEREAS, Freeman Crawford has performed his duties as a   policy analyst with skill and dedication, and he is indeed   deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,   be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby commend Freeman Crawford IV for his service as a   policy analyst in the office of State Representative Ron Reynolds   and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all   his endeavors; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Mr. Crawford as an expression of high regard by the   Texas House of Representatives.     Reynolds     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
