      H.R. No. 1137       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Rule 5, Section 21, House Rules of Procedure, 89th   Legislature, allows the house, by resolution, to open the floor of   the house during its sessions for public ceremonies as may be deemed   warranted; now, therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby grant permission for the floor of the house to be   opened on Saturday, May 24, 2025, for the Fallen Heroes Memorial   Service.     Geren     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
