      H.R. No. 1119       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Stephanie Chiarello of Austin has ably served her   fellow Texans as chief of staff in the office of State   Representative R. D. "Bobby" Guerra during the 89th Legislature;   and          WHEREAS, Since becoming a legislative employee,   Ms. Chiarello has contributed to the workings of state government   firsthand; handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, she has   provided vital leadership and helped ensure the efficient operation   of the representative's office, serving as the primary liaison to   constituents and as the main point of contact for the   representative's legislative agenda; and          WHEREAS, Over the course of 10 legislative sessions,   Ms. Chiarello has been a legislative advisor to members of both the   Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate; she holds a   master's degree in public affairs from the LBJ School of Public   Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin; and          WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her   duties as chief of staff with skill and dedication, and she is   indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,   therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby commend Stephanie Chiarello for her service as   chief of staff in the office of State Representative R. D. "Bobby"   Guerra and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success   in all her endeavors; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Ms. Chiarello as an expression of high regard by the   Texas House of Representatives.     Guerra     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
