      H.R. No. 953       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Michael Boyle is retiring from St. Joseph High   School in Victoria in 2025, drawing to a close an outstanding career   in education that has spanned nearly six decades; and          WHEREAS, Mr. Boyle began his career with St. Joseph in 1966,   and over the course of his more than 50-year tenure, he has taught   English, Spanish, world history, government, and economics;   moreover, from 1979 to 1989, he served the campus as an assistant   principal, and since 2020, he has distinguished himself as director   of facilities; along the way, he briefly taught at Colegio Santa   María Marianistas in Lima, Peru, and at Mount Sacred Heart Catholic   School in San Antonio; he holds both bachelor's and master's degrees   from St. Mary's University; and          WHEREAS, Through his dedication, professionalism, and   commitment to excellence, Michael Boyle has helped foster a   supportive and challenging educational environment for countless   young Texans, and he may indeed reflect with pride on his many   achievements as he embarks on the next exciting chapter of his life;   now, therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby congratulate Michael Boyle on his retirement   from St. Joseph High School in Victoria and extend to him sincere   best wishes for the future; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Mr. Boyle as an expression of high regard by the Texas   House of Representatives.     Louderback     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
