      H.R. No. 662       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, The family and friends of Jessica Deann Ludwig of   Killeen suffered a heartbreaking loss with the passing of this   beloved young woman on March 9, 2025, at the age of 20; and          WHEREAS, Born on July 26, 2004, Jessica Ludwig was the   cherished daughter of Robert and Tricia Ludwig, and she grew up with   the companionship of a brother, Justin; she was engaged to be   married to James Wilson, and the relationship she shared with her   fiancé was a source of much happiness to her; and          WHEREAS, A devoted daughter, sister, and friend, Ms. Ludwig   had a presence that could light up any room; with her vibrant,   energetic spirit, she excelled as a cheerleader, and she always   inspired her teammates to put forth their best effort; in addition,   her passion for helping others shone in her work with children with   special needs, whom she cared for with genuine warmth,   understanding, and gentleness; and          WHEREAS, Through the love and laughter she shared, Jessica   Ludwig made the world a brighter place for everyone around her, and   they will forever keep her memory alive in their hearts; now,   therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Jessica Deann Ludwig   and extend deepest condolences to the members of her family: to her   parents, Robert and Tricia Ludwig; to her fiancé, James Wilson; to   her brother, Justin Ludwig, and his fiancée, Lauren Newby; and to   her many other relatives and friends; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of   Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Jessica   Ludwig.     Buckley     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
