      H.R. No. 651       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Rene Farias is celebrating the 45th anniversary of   his bail bonds agency in October 2025; and          WHEREAS, A lifelong resident of Mission, Rene Farias   graduated from Mission High School, and shortly thereafter began   working for the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office; and          WHEREAS, With the help of his parents, Mr. Farias embarked on   a career as a licensed bail bondsman, and in October 1980, he was   approved as a licensed agent in Hidalgo County; and          WHEREAS, Through the years, Mr. Farias has operated Rene   Farias Bail Bonds with his parents, wife, sibling, and children   with the purpose of helping those in need; his is the oldest bail   bond business in Hidalgo County, and he hopes the family operation   will continue with future generations; and          WHEREAS, Small businesses play a critical role in meeting the   needs of area residents, and it is fitting that this notable   enterprise be recognized for the valued services it provides to the   Hidalgo County community; now, therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby congratulate Rene Farias Bail Bonds on its 45th   anniversary and extend to Mr. Farias and his family sincere best   wishes for continued success; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Mr. Farias as an expression of high regard by the Texas   House of Representatives.     Muñoz     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
