HR631 - Recognizing Stestí Brewing Company in Lovelady for its service to the community.

      H.R. No. 631       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Entrepreneurs and the businesses they create play an   essential role in the Texas economy, generating jobs and enhancing   the overall vitality of the communities they serve; and          WHEREAS, Since its establishment in 2015, Stestí Brewing   Company has built an admirable reputation in the Lovelady area and   has become an important part of the East Texas craft beer scene; and          WHEREAS, Stestí Brewing Company benefits from the leadership   of owners Dennis and Ana Guerrero Gore, who traveled to the Czech   Republic to learn the country's traditional beer-making techniques   from brewmaster Joseph Kryzl and his son, Petr; the company's name,   "Stestí," which means "happiness" in Czech, embodies its mission to   bring joy to its patrons through its commitment to European-style   craftsmanship and authenticity; and          WHEREAS, Small businesses like Stestí Brewing Company play a   vital role in strengthening the state's economy and enhancing the   cultural landscape, and it is indeed fitting to recognize this   outstanding establishment for its contributions; now, therefore,   be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby recognize Stestí Brewing Company for its service   to the community and extend to its owners and staff sincere best   wishes for continued success; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for the company as an expression of high regard by the   Texas House of Representatives.     Ashby   Oliverson     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
