Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS 3 UNDER ECONOMIC SUPPORT FUND FOR MEX- 4 ICO. 5 (a) LIMITATION.—No amounts made available under 6 chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 7 (22 U.S.C. 2346 et seq.)
