      H.R. No. 328       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, The family and friends of Benjamin Jay Thompson   Henderson of Jacksboro suffered an immeasurable loss with his   passing on February 8, 2025, at the age of 39; and          WHEREAS, The son of Jerry and Jean Henderson, Ben Henderson   was born on December 23, 1985, and he grew up with the companionship   of a sister, Hannah; he graduated from Jacksboro High School in   2004; a man of faith, he was a valued member of St. Thomas Anglican   Church in Jacksboro; and          WHEREAS, While his loss is difficult to bear, Ben Henderson   leaves behind numerous friends and loved ones whose lives are far   richer for having known him, and he will always hold a treasured   place in their hearts; now, therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Benjamin Jay   Thompson Henderson and extend sincere condolences to the members of   his family: to his parents, Jerry and Jean Henderson; to his sister,   Hannah Henderson; to his aunts and uncles, Paula Koehler and her   husband, Roger, John Thompson, and Carla Beth Horton and her   husband, Dudley; to his cousins, Pete Koehler, Emily Ledwig,   Michael Koehler, Ellissa Burr, and Derek Horton; and to his many   other relatives and friends; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of   Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Ben   Henderson.     Spiller     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
