HR316 - Congratulating Scott Campbell on his retirement as superintendent of East Chambers ISD.

      H.R. No. 316       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Scott Campbell is retiring as superintendent of the   East Chambers Independent School District in the summer of 2025,   drawing to a close an exemplary tenure that has spanned 28 years;   and          WHEREAS, A graduate of East Chambers High School,   Mr. Campbell holds a bachelor's degree in English and a master's   degree in school administration from Lamar University; in the   course of his 41 years as an educator, he has been with East   Chambers ISD for more than three decades; he also served as   superintendent of High Island ISD for two years; and          WHEREAS, Through his unwavering commitment to the students,   faculty, and staff of East Chambers ISD, Scott Campbell has led the   way in fostering a supportive and challenging educational   environment, and he may indeed reflect with pride on a career well   spent as he embarks on the next exciting chapter of his life; now,   therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby congratulate Scott Campbell on his retirement as   superintendent of the East Chambers Independent School District and   extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Mr. Campbell as an expression of high regard by the   Texas House of Representatives.     Leo Wilson     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
