      H.R. No. 226       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Aaliyah Sarabia of Palmview is a junior enrolled in   the Classical Conversations homeschool program, and she has   distinguished herself through her myriad achievements; and          WHEREAS, Established in 1997, Classical Conversations is a   faith-based curriculum that empowers parents to guide their   children's educational development through the classical model;   and          WHEREAS, In February 2025, Ms. Sarabia was awarded the   Presidential Gold Award after completing 600 hours of community   service; she further demonstrated her passion for civic engagement   by completing the TeenPact Legislative Congress, where she gained   firsthand knowledge of the political process; and          WHEREAS, The daughter of Hugo and Linda Sarabia, Ms. Sarabia   was also crowned the Duchess of Royal Palms, the highest honor   within the Palmview Royal Court; in January 2025, she represented   her city at the Texas Citrus Fiesta Queen Citrianna Pageant, and she   was named the Princess of Orange Blossom, becoming the first   representative from Palmview to receive this title; and          WHEREAS, Demonstrating a strong work ethic and an unwavering   dedication to excellence, Aaliyah Sarabia is a source of pride for   the Classical Conversations program, her family, and her community,   and she is poised for further success in the years ahead; now,   therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby recognize Aaliyah Sarabia for her   accomplishments and extend to her best wishes for the future; and,   be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Ms. Sarabia as an expression of high regard by the   Texas House of Representatives.     Longoria     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
