      By: Little H.R. No. 209       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Texans for Vaccine Choice is a statewide   organization dedicated to protecting and advancing informed   consent, medical privacy, and vaccine choice in the State of Texas;   and          WHEREAS, for the past decade, Texans for Vaccine Choice has   worked tirelessly to educate the public, empower individuals with   knowledge, and promote policies that support the fundamental right   of Texans to make informed medical decisions for themselves and   their families; and          WHEREAS, Texans for Vaccine Choice has built a coalition of   like-minded individuals, medical professionals, and lawmakers who   share the belief that vaccine decisions should be made between   patients and their healthcare providers, free from coercion or   government mandates; and          WHEREAS, in the last ten years, the organization has played a   crucial role in advocating for legislative measures that protect   medical liberty, oppose discriminatory policies, and ensure that   Texans are afforded the right to make informed choices regarding   their healthcare; and          WHEREAS, through grassroots activism, educational   initiatives, and outreach efforts, Texans for Vaccine Choice has   provided a voice for thousands of Texans who believe in the   importance of preserving personal autonomy in healthcare   decisions; and          WHEREAS, the organization's tireless efforts have made a   lasting impact on the state's legislative landscape, advancing the   cause of medical liberty and informed consent for all Texans,   regardless of background or belief; now, therefore,          BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th   Texas Legislature hereby recognizes and honors Texans for Vaccine   Choice for its outstanding contributions to the protection of   informed consent, medical privacy, and vaccine choice in the State   of Texas; and          BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Texas House of   Representatives congratulates Texans for Vaccine Choice on the   occasion of its 10th anniversary and commends the organization for   its unwavering dedication to preserving individual rights and   freedoms in healthcare; and          BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an official copy of this   resolution be prepared for Texans for Vaccine Choice as an   expression of the highest regard from the Texas House of   Representatives.
