HR85 - In memory of Crystal Garcia Mendoza.

      H.R. No. 85       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Family and friends suffered an immeasurable loss   with the tragic passing of Crystal Garcia Mendoza on January 13,   2025, at the age of 40; and          WHEREAS, The daughter of Felipe and Robin Garcia, the former   Crystal Garcia was born in San Antonio on September 7, 1984, and she   grew up with the companionship of two siblings, Felipe and   Veronica; she shared a rewarding marriage with her husband, Gustavo   Mendoza, and she took great pride in their daughter, Lucia; and          WHEREAS, While her loss is difficult to bear, Crystal Mendoza   leaves behind numerous friends and loved ones whose lives are far   richer for having known her, and she will always hold a treasured   place in their hearts; now, therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Crystal Garcia   Mendoza and extend sincere condolences to the members of her   family: to her husband, Gustavo Mendoza; to her daughter, Lucia   Allison Garcia Mendoza; to her parents, Felipe and Robin Garcia; to   her siblings, Felipe Garcia III and his wife, Margie, and Veronica   Garcia Peres; to her nephews, Felipe Garcia IV and his wife, Martha,   Sabastian Garcia and his wife, Alexis, Kaden Garcia, Chris Peres,   and Leo Peres; to her great-nieces, Angelica Garcia and Adalina   Garcia; and to her other relatives and many friends; and, be it   further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of   Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Crystal   Mendoza.     Lujan     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
