HR47 - In memory of Dale Woodkey of Pflugerville.

      H.R. No. 47       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Dale Woodkey, a valued member of the Pflugerville   community and a friend to many, passed away on November 4, 2024; and          WHEREAS, "Woody" Woodkey was a cofounder and owner of   Three Legged Goat, a wine bar that opened in downtown Pflugerville   in 2018; he gave back to his community as a member of the Rotary Club   of Pflugerville, and he volunteered with a number of other civic   organizations, including Backpack Friends and Healing with Horses   Ranch; he also served on the executive committee of the   Pflugerville Education Foundation; in all his endeavors, he   benefited from the love and support of his wife, Marilyn Klassen;   and          WHEREAS, Admired for his warmth, generosity, and keen sense   of humor, Woody Woodkey lived a caring and purposeful life, and he   leaves behind a record of service that his loved ones can remember   with pride; now, therefore, be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Dale Woodkey and   extend heartfelt sympathy to his family and many friends; and, be it   further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of   Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Woody   Woodkey.     Cole     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
