AN ACT
To amend the Anti-Boycott Act of 2018 to apply the provi-
sions of that Act to international governmental organiza-
tions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘IGO Anti-Boycott
2
Act’’.

SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS TO THE ANTI-BOYCOTT ACT OF 2018.

The Anti-Boycott Act of 2018 is amended as follows:
5
(1) In section 1772 (50 U.S.C. 4841), by in-
6
serting ‘‘, or international governmental organiza-
7
tion,’’ after ‘‘foreign country’’ each place it appears.
8
(2) In section 1773 (50 U.S.C. 4842), in sub-
9
section (a)(1)—
10
(A) in the matter preceding subparagraph
11
(A), by inserting ‘‘or international governmental
12
organization,’’ after ‘‘foreign country,’’;
13
(B) in subparagraph (A), in the first sen-
14
tence, by inserting ‘‘or international govern-
15
mental organization’’ after ‘‘boycotting coun-
16
try’’; and
17
(C) in subparagraph (D), in the first sen-
18
tence, by inserting ‘‘or international govern-
19
mental organization’’ after ‘‘boycotting coun-
20
try’’.

(3) In section 1773(a) (50 U.S.C. 4842(a)), by
22
adding at the end the following:

‘‘(6) ANNUAL
REPORT.—The President shall
24
submit to Congress and make available to the public
25
on an annual basis a report that contains—

pose boycotts and with respect to which this

section applies; and

‘‘(B) a description of those boycotts.’’.
