IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
MAY 1, 2023
Ms. KLOBUCHAR (for herself and Mrs. FISCHER) submitted the following
resolution; which was considered and agreed to
RESOLUTION
Authorizing the taking of a photograph in the Senate
Chamber.
Resolved, That rule 13.1 of the United States Senate

Chamber and Galleries Regulations (prohibiting the tak-
2
ing of pictures in the Senate Chamber) be temporarily sus-
3
pended for the sole and specific purpose of permitting the
4
Senate Photographic Studio to photograph the Senate in
5
actual session on May 2, 2023.

SEC. 2. The Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the
7
Senate is authorized and directed to make the necessary
8
arrangements therefore, which arrangements shall provide
9
for a minimum of disruption to Senate proceedings.
