EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO PROMULGATE 1 CERTAIN REGULATIONS. 2 Section 413(a) of the Indian Self-Determination and 3 Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 5373(a)) is amend- 4 ed— 5 (1) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘21 months’’ 6 and inserting ‘‘38 months’’; and 7 (2) in paragraph (3), by striking ‘‘30 months’’ 8 and inserting ‘‘50 months’’. 9 Passed the Senate July 18, 2023.
