To eliminate the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Repeal CFPB Act’’.

SEC. 2. REPEAL.
5
The Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (12
6
U.S.C. 5481 et seq.) is repealed, and the provisions of law
7
amended or repealed by that Act are restored or revived
8
as if the Act had not been enacted.
