A BILL
To repeal the renewable fuel program of the Environmental
Protection Agency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Eliminating the RFS
4
and Its Destructive Outcomes Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF RENEWABLE FUEL PROGRAM.

(a) REPEAL.—Section 211(o) of the Clean Air Act
7
(42 U.S.C. 7545(o)) is repealed.
8
(b) CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.—

(1) CLEAN
AIR
ACT.—Section 211(d) of the

Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(d)) is amended—
2
(A) in paragraph (1)—
3
(i) by striking ‘‘(n), or (o)’’ each place
4
it appears and inserting ‘‘or (n)’’; and
5
(ii) by striking ‘‘(m), or (o)’’ and in-
6
serting ‘‘or (m)’’; and
7
(B) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘(n), and
8
(o)’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘and
9
(n)’’.

(2) PETROLEUM MARKETING PRACTICES ACT.—

Section 107(a)(1)(B) of the Petroleum Marketing
12
Practices Act (15 U.S.C. 2807(a)(1)(B)) is amended
13
by inserting ‘‘, as in effect on the day before the
14
date of enactment of the Eliminating the RFS and
15
Its Destructive Outcomes Act’’ after ‘‘(40 CFR, part
16
80)’’.
